I needed this because you cant install the print to PDF feature from Adobe professional in Vista 64 bit (Adobe hasn't provided a fix). I was not sure this was going to be anything useful, but I gave it a try. I have to say it works. It is a useful and simple product. Simple and yet strong database The Active Document Keeper creates a database of active documents. It stores PDF, docs, excels, powerpoint and different image files. One of the key features is that it integrates a scan interface to import documents straight into the database.So far it has proved to work very well. I'm primarily using it to store the million invoices and documents that arrive daily to my home. Storing such documents digitally saves a lot of space and time. Having said that, the program works very well under that use.
 Invalid Date A bug in the software stopped me from evaluation any further. Any attempt to add a new document into a folder was stopped by a pop-up message stating that the current date was in an invalid format. I assume that this is because I use metric-style dates (yyyy-mm-dd), and your product does not recognize these?

We\'d love to use the product, but it doesn\'t seem to work on this machine (Dell, I Mbyte RAM, XP Professional). The programs installs apparently correctly, but the PDFGuard link, on being clicked, gives first an \'Error Somewhere\' box, and then another with \'Shutting down the demo: Return Code 8\'.We tried downloading the programs again from your recommended second link, but got the same result.If you can fix the bug, we\'d be only too happy to try out the product again.Kind regards,Colin HolcombeTechnical EditorEcommerce.Digest.Com
